The National Citizen Service ('NCS') Trust ('the Trust') is a not-for-profit social enterprise established to shape, support, champion and lead a thriving national citizen service. The NCS programme is a once in a lifetime experience for young people aged 16-17 with four phases — Adventure, discovery, social action and extension. NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across nine regions via a combination of direct and indirect contracting models, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts. This procurement is seeking 6 regional management partners to deliver the NCS programme in 6 indirect regions throughout England. Key responsibilities include: — deliver the whole customer journey from recruitment, delivery and extension, — establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges and non-school channels, — hiring and training workforce, — management of their supply chain, — safeguarding and incident management. The Trust is seeking a Management Partner for the East Midlands region, responsible for the following Local Authorities: Derby, Derbyshire, Leicester, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Rutland. Approximate percentage of 16-17 years olds in the region - 2.3 % of a population of 5,066,785 (ONS 2017). The Trust is seeking a Management Partner for the East region, responsible for the following Local Authorities: Bedford, Cambridgeshire, Central Bedfordshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Luton, Norfolk, Peterborough, Southend on Sea, Suffolk, Thurrock. Approximate percentage of 16-17 years olds in the region - 2.2 % of a population of 6,179,809 (ONS 2017). The Trust is seeking a Management Partner for the North West region, responsible for the following Local Authorities: Blackburn With Darwen, Blackpool, Bolton, Bury, Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Cumbria, Halton, Knowsley, Lancashire, Liverpool, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Sefton, St. Helens, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, Warrington, Wigan, Wirral Approximate percentage of 16-17 years olds in the region - 2.2 % of a population of 7,219,032 (ONS 2017). The Trust is seeking a Management Partner for the South East region, responsible for the following Local Authorities: Bracknell Forest, Brighton and Hove, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle Of Wight, Kent, Medway, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Portsmouth, Reading, Slough, Southampton, Surrey, West Berkshire, West Sussex, Windsor and Maidenhead, Wokingham. Approximate percentage of 16-17 years olds in the region - 2.3 % of a population of 9,097,635 (ONS 2017). The Trust is seeking a Management Partner for the West Midlands region, responsible for the following Local Authorities: Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Herefordshire, Sandwell, Shropshire, Solihull, Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent, Telford and Wrekin, Walsall, Warwickshire, Wolverhampton, Worcestershire. Approximate percentage of 16-17 years olds in the region - 2.3 % of a population of 5,819,340 (ONS 2017). The Trust is seeking a Management Partner for the Yorkshire & the Humber region, responsible for the following Local Authorities: Barnsley, Bradford, Calderdale, Doncaster, East Riding Of Yorkshire, Kingston Upon Hull, City Of, Kirklees, Leeds, North Yorkshire, Rotherham, Sheffield, Wakefield, York.
