Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Tender description

St Mungo's is procuring for the servicing and repair of heating appliances and systems for domestic and commercial assets and for the maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems. The contract is split into 3 Lots. Domestic boiler servicing, Landlord Gas Safety inspections and other compliance requirements. While the majority of St Mungo's sites are in London and the South of England, the organisation has growth ambitions for the future. St Mungo’s have continued to invest in our Commercial Boiler Houses which serve our larger Hostel and Shared Housing accommodation. We are keen to develop a new contract that will cover all essential plant within boiler houses, utilising CIBSE PPM Standards to improve the life expectancy of these assets going forward with a more targeted approach to establishing a planned maintenance Programme. While the majority of St Mungo's sites are in London and the South of England, the organisation has growth ambitions for the future. This lot is primarily for, but not limited to: — rotary cleaning services, — pressure jetting services and sum pit maintenance services, particularly for a number of key large hostels and shared houses which have historically suffered from severe drainage blockages.
