The Garden and Home Improvement Service offers the following services to council dwellings and vulnerable council tenants who need help and support to maintain their tenancy: — A tidy garden scheme for qualifying council tenants, — A garden enhancement (low maintenance) and environmental improvement programme, — A decorating service for selected vacant and occupied dwellings, — Soft furnishings, including flat pack furniture and carpet/floor covering.
