London North West Healthcare NHS Trust (The Trust) is one of the largest integrated care trusts in the country, bringing together hospital and community services across Brent, Ealing and Harrow. Established on 1 October 2014, we employ more than 8,000 staff and serve a diverse population of approximately 850,000. Our Trust looks after: • Central Middlesex Hospital • Community Services across Brent, Ealing and Harrow, including Clayponds Rehabilitation Hospital, Meadow House Hospice, and Willesden Centre. • Ealing Hospital • Northwick Park Hospital • St Marks Hospital The Trust is seeking a service provider with the appropriate qualifications, experience and competitive pricing to provide a Digital Communications patients and visitors. The trust has currently engaged in pre-market tests and we would not anticipate the costs to exceed £300k. Suppliers will need to be able to demonstrate a compelling reason why costs would exceed this. The Trust will be using the Open Procedure and invites submissions from appropriately experienced and qualified providers. Submissions will be evaluated using a weighting of 60% Quality and 40% Price as detailed in the document. The Trust intends to award a contract for a period of one year with the option to extend for up to a further up to twelve months (12) months.
