Tender description

The Trust is seeking a service provider with the appropriate qualifications, experience and competitive pricing to provide a Digital Communications service to patients and visitors. The Trust requires a solution that will both provide confidence for our patients, whilst simultaneously substantially reducing current costs and in particular printing, postage and digital messaging unit costs. The Trust already communicates with patients via SMS and has a good capture rate of patients’ mobile telephone numbers, using their experience and expertise; the provider should provide options for annual improvement. In addition to this we would like to look at incorporating The Hillingdon Hospitals Foundation Trust (THH) and this expansion would likely be phased implementation. The Trust intends to award a contract for a period of one year with the option to extend for up to a further up to twelve months (12) months. The anticipated contract start date is likely to be December 2018.
