Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is seeking a suitably experienced and competent contractor to carry out external painting and remedial render works to properties located in Grimsby(Willows Estate), Immingham and Cleethorpes. LHP anticipates the contract duration to be from October 2018 - July 2019. The tender timescales are detailed below: Issue of ITT 27 June 2018 Mandatory Site Visit 12 July 2018 at 10am (please refer to ITT for details and to confirm attendance) Deadline for Questions or Clarifications 20 July 2018 ITT Tender Submission Deadline 12 noon on 30 July 2018 Evaluation of Tenders by Shoreline By 3 August 2018 Approval for Contract Award By 10 August 2018 10 Day Standstill Period End From 17 - 27 August 2018 Leaseholder Consultation From 17 August 2018 - 17 September 2018 (30 days) Mobilisation September 2018 Start of Contract 1 October 2018 (To be confirmed by Programme) End of Contract To be Confirmed by Programme (must be by 31 July 2019)
