Thames Water Utilities is the UK’s largest water and waste services company with approx. 4 700 employees across the whole Thames Water area. This framework would be for the archiving of Thames Waters' documentation, with collection and retrievals from several delivery points across Thames Water regions. We currently have over 42 000 boxes in archive from various suppliers which we will want to centralize. Therefore we require the supplier to store and record Thames Water archives and to report monthly on all activities relating to our archives, plus provide areas of improvement on storage and inventories.
