St. Helens Council is looking to sell sportswear and equipment in its three leisure centres via a consignment agreement. In advance of any potential Tendering exercise St Helens Council wants to engage with the market and understand the capability and capacity of Suppliers to meet this requirement. Please note following extensive consideration St Helens Council concludes that a consignment agreement is the only viable solution and will not be pursuing alternative options.
