The framework will contain 5 lots. Lot 1 is for Ground Penetrating Radar studies in the highway. Lot 2 is for Employer led district heat route design Lot 3 is to provide NEC project manager and supervisory support with potential further support at procurement stage for the installation of pipe works in the highway Lot 4 is to provide Client Engineer roles, NEC project manager and supervisory support with potential further support at procurement stage for the installation of substations including the commissioning of substations onto the heat network.
