Provision of Aruba Supply and Support Services

Tender description

Warrington Borough Council (the Council) requires an Aruba registered Provider capable of supplying Aruba products and support services for the Council's Aruba estate. The Council's current annual Aruba support agreement expires at the end of October 2018 The Contract shall be for an initial term of 24 months with the option to extend for another two 12 month periods at the discretion of the Council. The Council is not committing to a minimum level of service requirement it shall only purchase goods and services on an "as required" basis, as the Council will from time to time require where the contract terms and pricing will apply. The Council is using the Chest procurement portal (www.the-chest.org.uk) to manage this procurement and to communicate with Tenderers. No hard copy documents will be issued and all communications with the Council (including the electronic submission of tenders) will be conducted via the Chest. All questions and clarifications must be raised using the Chest messaging service. The Council will not enter into exclusive discussions regarding this requirement.
