Tender description

The works include replacement of an existing septic tank with a new sewage treatment plant to serve the 24 residential properties on Snakes Hill. The work will involve abandoning the old foul water drainage network and replacement with new infrastructure to serve the residents of all 24 properties. Works are also required to clean and unblocked a culvert which runs beneath Snakes Hill with associated improvement works to the ditches on either side of the road.
