Tender description

Plymouth City Council are looking to procure Production Services for the annual events programme for the city from 2019 to 2021 with the option to extend until 2023. Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City, is one of Europe’s most vibrant waterfront cities. Located by a stunning waterfront and harbour, Plymouth hosts a world class events programme from Armed Forces Day to Flavour Fest and the British Firework Championships. We are inviting suppliers to attend a Bidders Day where you can meet the team, get an overview of the opportunity and the procurement process. The bidders day will include a site visit to the main event sites – Plymouth Hoe, The Barbican and City Centre. Venue: Warspite Room, The Council House, Plymouth, Princess Street, PL1 2ER Time: 9:30 am to 11:00 am – Presentation and Meet the team 11:30 am – 1:30 pm — Site Visits If you are interested in attending the Bidder’s Day please contact the Procurement Team on procurement@plymouth.gov.uk. Following the Bidders Day, the Council will formally publish the procurement opportunity. The Council will be undertaking the Open procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
