Event Production Services- Bidders Day

Plymouth City Council are looking to procure Production Services for the annual events programme for the city from 2019 to 2021 with the option to extend until 2023. Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City, is one of Europe’s most vibrant waterfront cities. Located by a stunning waterfront and harbour, Plymouth hosts a world class events programme for visitors and residents of the city. The city delivers a wide variety of outdoor events from Ocean City Sounds, Armed Forces Day to Flavour Fest and the British Firework Championships. As part of the procurement process we are inviting suppliers to attend a bidders day where you will be able to meet the team, get an overview of the opportunity and how the procurement process will run. The bidders day will include a site visit to the main event sites – Plymouth Hoe, The Barbican and City Centre.
