The main areas of activity may comprise of, but not exclusively be limited to; programmes or individual projectsincluding housing/residential installs Painting & Decorating Internal Including Minor Repairs are to be completed 2 / 4 in ether of the following forms; houses, flats, bungalows and blocks and any other properties owned by theAuthority or its subsidiaries which may also include housing for sale. The specific Projects details that may 2 / 5 be procured under this Framework Contract cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however, indicativevolumes,approximate per year are: Communal Areas 2019-20= 44, 2020-21 = 40 and 2021-22 = 40, Kitchensand Bathrooms there will be a requirement for these works however volumes fluctuate and therefore numberscannot be determined at this point.
