UCLH-2157 Consultancy service (data migration)

Tender description

This is a closed invitation for pre-selected suppliers only whom are invited to submit a quote to provide a consultancy service to manage the migration of patient waiting lists from current UCLH systems to Epic. This is an exercise with an estimated value net of VAT, below the thresholds specified in Article 4(a) of the Public Contracts Directive. This value is defined in Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 04/17: New Threshold Levels 2018. Therefore this exercise is exempt from all regulations of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015, except those that apply to below threshed procurements. The Trust has published a notification of the activity being undertaken to Contracts Finder and provided free access to the procurement documentation in line with industry best practice relating to: transparency, PPN 02/17, PPN 07/16 and in line with the PCR 2015 regulations 106, 108, 110 and 112. As a closed quotation exercise, the Authority shall only allow suppliers directly invited.by itself to participate
