Tender for the further development of software applications on the ServiceNow CRM platform for the BAI

Tender description

The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) wishes to award a contract for the development of further applications on the ServiceNow platform. The further applications, to be developed over a two year period, will need to seamlessly integrate with the existing bespoke Broadcast Funding Scheme implementation and share some common modules. The successful tenderer may be required to provide support to the BAI on the application software for a period of up to one year following implementation. The development of each application will be subject to an agreed statement of works prior to commencement. It is expected that the first phase, the development of a Broadcasting Complaints application would be completed by December 2018.
