Tender description

The London Borough of Lewisham and Royal Borough of Greenwich are seeking providers of Semi-independence accommodation and support provision for 16 to 25 year old looked after children and care leavers. This will be delivered through a Preferred provider framework (PPF) structured around 3 lots. The tender will be conducted using the open procedure as per the Light Touch Regime. The Councils are seeking providers for lot 1 to provide the following — accommodation that is fully compliant with all statutory regulations and health and safety checks, with support in: — high support units: 24 hour staffed units that are shared or standalone, and/or — medium support units: partially staffed units that are shared or standalone, and/or — Low support units: unstaffed shared or standalone units with outreach included. While the preference for Lewisham and Greenwich will always be to place in or near to our boroughs, we do have need for semi-independence accommodation and support across the country. Providers should identify their operational areas. The Councils are seeking providers for Lot 2 to provide the following — This lot is for accommodation that is fully compliant with all statutory regulations and health and safety checks. While the preference for Lewisham and Greenwich will always be to place in or near to our boroughs, we do have need for semi-independence accommodation and support across the country. Providers should identify their operational areas. The Councils are seeking providers for Lot 3 to provide the following — Outreach support, also open to agencies that do not provide accommodation, or are only willing to provide support. This will be a PPF spot-purchase framework for hourly support, quoted for in blocks of 5, 10 and 15 hours and/or at an hourly rate.
