Tender description

The company would like to understand what solutions are available in the market for the provision of leased vehicles for use as company cars based on a 2 or 3 year lease period, with mileage up to 20 000 miles per year. The company operates a fleet of approximately 220 company cars which are allocated to staff who typically drive in excess of 10k business miles per year. To offer the greatest amount of flexibility to staff who are eligible for a company car, we would prefer to have a flexible arrangement in place which offers the widest amount of car brands/manufacturers to be available for selection. The company is interested in options for electric hybrid and fully electric cars. The company is also interested in an affinity scheme option. Vehicles will predominantly be driven in the UK.
