Tender description
South East Creative Economy Network (SECEN), Thurrock Council is seeking a provider or consortium of providers (described as the Provider) to deliver key elements of the South East Creative, Cultural and Digital Sector (SECCADS) ERDF Programme. The SECCADS programme is a comprehensive business support programme tailored to meet the needs of the Creative, cultural and digital sector. The programme includes a number of different strands which are included in the specification. Thurrock Council is seeking a provider or consortium of providers to deliver key elements of the South East Creative, Cultural and Digital Support (SECCADS) ERDF Programme. This will include three core activities; Social Media and showcasing, Business engagement, marketing and a sector-led business support programme and the development and ongoing maintenance of a SECCADS digital platform.
