The aim of the procurement process is to establish a Cleaning Services Contract for Cardiff University owned and operated premises detailed in the service specification. The contract is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 – Site 5 (Buildings: Aberconway, ASSL, John Percival, Guest, Humanities extension, CARBS, Julian Hodge), Lot 2 – Site 10 (Buildings: Neaudd Meirionydd, Ty Dewi Sant, Michael Griffiths, Cochrane College House, Henry Wellcome, Cancer Genetics, WHRI, Tenovus, Biobank).
