18-002 - Window Cleaning of RMBC Premises

Tender description

1.1.1 Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is inviting bids from organisations that might be able to provide the Council's current needs for Window Cleaning. The provision includes a Window Cleaning service to a variety of Rotherham Council premises situated across the Borough. The agreement will be split into two lots: • Lot 1 - The cleaning of windows to social establishment's i.e Youth Centres, Libraries, Town Centre buildings and care homes etc. • Lot 2 - The cleaning of windows within PFI schools across the borough of Rotherham. The framework will be awarded initially for a period of two years with the option to extend at the sole discretion of RMBC for a further two x 12 months periods, each on a year by year basis.
