Tender description

Parliament wants to appoint a training supplier who can work with us to design and deliver bullying and harassment and sexual misconduct awareness and prevention training for all audiences that form part of the community of Parliament namely: — MPs and Peers — MPs and Peers’ staff and managers working at Westminster and in constituencies including interns and other paid or unpaid staff — Staff of the House of Commons and the House of Lords — Managers of the House of Commons and the House of Lords — Other Parliamentary Passholders Parliament wants to appoint a training supplier who can work with us to design and deliver bullying and harassment and sexual misconduct awareness and prevention training for all audiences that form part of the community of Parliament namely: — MPs and Peers — MPs and Peers’ staff and managers working at Westminster and in constituencies including interns and other paid or unpaid staff — Staff of the House of Commons and the House of Lords — Managers of the House of Commons and the House of Lords — Other Parliamentary Passholders. The purpose of the training provision will be to help our audiences understand and take responsibility and actions to help prevent bullying and harassment and sexual misconduct. The training will need to reflect current thinking, best practice and research on what makes training on bullying and harassment and sexual misconduct awareness and prevention effective. Ideally the Authority would like to have one workshop to cover both areas (bullying and harassment and sexual misconduct) of training to a high standard.
