The Procurement of Building Cleaning Services for Swindon Borough Council Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of building cleaning services from January 2019. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICING SCHEDULE WHICH INCLUDES THE PREMISES LIST AND SITE PLANS WILL BE UPLOADED ONTO THE SOUTH WEST PORTAL NO LATER THAN 1200 hrs UK LOCAL TIME, 3rd SEPTEMBER 2018. The initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £1m and £1.4m across across the initial 3 year contract term and between £2m and £2.3m across the potential total 5 year contract term.
