The Design, Development and Piloting of a Technology-Enhanced Learning Module (Level 6) for Staff in the Education & Training Boards

SOLAS is seeking assistance and expertise with the design, development, accreditation and piloting of a blended TEL module for FET practitioners that includes a minimum of two days face-to-face training and a series of online learning experiences. The contractor should have sufficient experience and capacity to: • Design and develop a blended module in Technology Enhanced Learning for FET Practitioners • Attain accreditation for the module at Level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications • Deliver the accredited module on a pilot basis. The number of deliveries will be driven by ETB demand but may not be less than 3 instances • Engage with a programme review group and other feedback mechanisms to review and improve course design and delivery throughout the pilot process. On completion of this contract, SOLAS will retain copyright on the TEL module developed. Independently of this contract, SOLAS will retain the right to subsequently tender for further roll out of the programmes developed.
