Tender description

Technical Support for Oracle e-Business Suite Home Group specific customisations, extensions, interfaces. Provide a managed service to support the existing Oracle EBS CEMLIs (Customisations, Extensions, Modifications, Localisations and Integrations) and identify faults, carry out route cause analysis, provide fixes as well as guidance for continuous improvement of the Home Group Oracle EBS implementation. The support must concentrate on resolving incidents and problems on the Live EBS system with respect to the existing CEMLIs, but also any issues with CEMLIs on the non-Production (cloned) environments.
