Supply of Telecare Equipment 2018-19

Tender description

This framework agreement is for the Supply of Telecare Equipment and covers the requirements of Leeds City Council for goods being delivered directly to Assisted Living Leeds and also to Middlesbrough Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council and Kirklees Council.The conditions of the service specification is based on the requirements of Leeds City Council however, where applicable, the specification must be adhered to and applied on behalf of the other named Local Authorities. Tenderers should be aware that this is a 12 month framework with approval obtained to re-procure following two preceding years. There will be a final 12 month re-procurement of the overarching framework agreement that will expire on 31st March 2020. The purpose is to provide as much flexibility as possible by providing the opportunity for the Council to update the product specifications, provide new contractors' access to the framework and existing contractors the chance to upgrade their goods.
