Tender description
In July 2018 the LCRCA approved its strategic investment fund strategy (SIF). The investment strategy has been drafted to guide the LCRCA's investment actives for the next 12 — 18 months. The investment strategy applies to projects in the local transport, land and property, infrastructure, low carbon culture, business support and innovation, and skills employment sectors. Merseytravel on behalf of the LCRCA are looking to set up a framework for the following services a detailed in section 11.2 lots below: — economic appraisal, — land, property and housing, — corporate and project finance, — legal services. Covers the following areas but not limited to: Economic analysis and appraisal of projects. Covers the following areas but not limited to: Evaluation of approved / complete projects and programmes Covers the following areas but not limited to: Property Valuation Market Analysis Project appraisal for gap funding purposes Project credit and risk analysis, pricing for funding purposes Covers the following areas but not limited to: Project and development management Covers the following areas but not limited to: — quantity and cost surveying, — monitoring surveyor. Covers the following areas but not limited to: — capital structuring, — due diligence, — negotiation of terms and legal documentation, — project management and LCRCA investment team support. Covers the following areas but not limited to: — valuation, — market analysis, — project appraisals for gap funding purposes, — project credit and risk analysis, pricing for funding purposes. Covers the following areas but not limited to: Advice and verification of project state aid solutions Covers the following areas but not limited to: — Legal services, — Project legal structuring, — Drafting and negotiation of project legal documentation.
