Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for a bedded unit to provide between 8-12 beds for the Intermediate Rehabilitation Service. The bedded unit will be for patients in Merton, and so the bedded unit must either be in Merton or a one mile proximity of the borough border. Objective: — To provide a bedded unit for intermediate care patients who are discharged to the community but not ready to return to home. The unit needs to be either in Merton or very close proximity. Expected Outcomes: — Rehabilitation beds in a segregated area meeting the standards required in this specification, — Unit to be either located in the borough of Merton or within a 1-mile radius of the borough border.
