Tender description

Haringey Council as the contracting authority is planning to put in place a new major works framework for the delivery of housing, education and leisure, capital projects, historical and heritage and highway and public realm projects to be utilised by members of the London Construction Programme (LCP). The new framework will replace the existing arrangement which expires in May 2019. The lot category will cover education and leisure projects in the following sub categories: 1-5 000 000 GBP (split into central, north, east, south and west London), 5-10 000 000 GBP (pan London) 10-20 000 000 GBP (pan London) and over 20 000 000 GBP (pan London). The works and services will comprise of all types of building construction works and associated mechanical, electrical and services works and may include design and other services as required for a develop and construct /refurbishment /turnkey or design and build works project. The lot category will cover Heritage and Historical projects in the following sub categories: 1-10 000 000 GBP and over 10 000 000 GBP. The works and services will comprise all types of building construction works and associated mechanical, electrical and services works and may include design and other services as required for a develop and construct /refurbishment /turnkey or design and build works project. The lot category will cover Highways and Public realm projects for over 1 000 000 GBP. The works and services will comprise all types of building construction works and associated mechanical, electrical and services works and may include design and other services as required for a develop and construct /refurbishment /turnkey or design and build works project.
