Tender description

South West College (SWC) requires a contractor(s) to supply, and deliver workshop materials as specified in the pricing schedule to the SWC College campuses. The Contract will be divided into seven (7) Lots and Contractors can bid for one or more of the Lot(s), Tenderers must be able to supply all items within each Lot(s). — Lot 1: Brickwork and plastering materials, — Lot 2: Electrical materials, — Lot 3: Carpentry and joinery materials, — Lot 4: Plumbing materials, — Lot 5: General engineering materials, — Lot 6: HVR materials, — Lot 7: Painting materials. The Contract will be for an initial period of 2 years. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in July 2018, with a possible 2 (two) further 1 (one) year extensions subject to spend, satisfactory performance and agreement between the Parties.
