The overarching aim of the research being commissioned is to: Advise Invest NI, its customers and DfE on how the challenges of EU exit can be addressed and opportunities maximised. Invest NI and DfE wish to appoint 1 Contractor to Lot 1. In respect of Lots 2 – 9 Invest NI wishes to appoint a maximum of six Contractors in each of the 7 specialist Lots, and 1 non specialist specific Lot (Lot 9). Tenderers to this Framework may bid for 1 lot or all lots. Each Lot will be evaluated independently. Those appointed to each of Lots 1 – 9 must nominate 1 named Account Manager, who will be directly responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations are met and managing the contractor’s relationship with Invest NI and/or DfE.
