Even though Anglian Water has access to change management expertise in its people and partners, the breadth and depth of our ambitious Change programme will require us to coalesce and consolidate existing capabilities, in order to provide more structure, rigour and coordination to the management of all Transformation work streams; thereby winning the “hearts and minds” of our people and securing sustainable change. Anglian Water now recognises that it needs to place greater emphasis on the implementation of solid Change Management practice and governance to enter the virtuous cycle of continuous improvement. External support will be required to achieve the high level of Change Management maturity we are seeking. The framework will address the following areas of Business Transformation support: 1) Change Management; 2) Organisational development; 3) Business Performance Management; 4) Programme Managment.
