Framework for the provision of a managed temporary staff services to NHS bodies across the North Central London Sustainability Plan footprint. The estimated value of the framework is dependent on uptake from other contracting authorities within the North Central London Sustainability Transformation Plan (NCLSTP) footprint. These values also take into consideration any management fees, commissions and pass through charges Relating to agency costs. The managed bank provision must deliver the greatest value for money in terms of both quality and cost, providing a sustainable and high quality supply of bank workers which enables NHS bodies to ensure safe levels of staffing and outstanding patient care. Temporary staff are valued as an integral element of the Staffing establishment. The provider for a managed bank service will be a key partner in supporting strategic objectives to achieve and maintain financial balance. From 2016-17 onwards, it is the intention that there will be a reduction in overall reliance on temporary staff as NHS bodies continue to recruit to key vacancies.
