Tender description
An audit software tool is required to enable a comprehensive audit plan to be implemented within Cork and Kerry Community Services. The initial focus is Older Persons Residential Services (24 community hospitals), Disability Residential Services (1 HSE direct service), Quality and Patient Safety Office. It is anticipated that the system may eventually roll out across Mental Health and Primary Care Services also.
