Tender description

MHA manages the delivery of gas safety management to 1324 properties’ throughout its stock portfolio. We are seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver a comprehensive 3 star gas safety and servicing and a day to day repairs service contract for MHA owned gas appliances. The work shall comprise of annual gas safety checks and servicing (In line with the manufacturer’s instructions) and responsive repairs to domestic gas central heating systems, gas fires, gas cookers and annual testing of smoke detector’s including where required replacement batteries over a 10 month rolling program. In addition to this we require the annual safety checks and servicing/repair of x 3 commercial boilers.
