United Kingdom's Border Force (UKBF) operates a fleet of six (6) Coastal Patrol Vessels (CPVs) which are deployed strategically around the UK coast and beyond. The objective of this PIN is to assess potential levels of interest and the ability in the market for planned and reactive maintenance for these six (6) x 18.6m RHIB vessels. BF maritime require a single contract covering Planned maintenance for the next 5 years covering: dry docking/slipping the vessels as required for major maintenance, and shorter minor maintenance periods annually to address machinery planned maintenance work and revalidation of all on-board lifesaving appliances, lifting equipment and other on-board equipment which also requires re-certification on an annual basis, and a contractualised provision to react to unforeseen repairs or maintenance. allowing timely repairs to be carried out while maintaining commercial compliance and maximising operational availability.
