Tender description

The service will be a flexible short-term form of houising related support, where people can re-present when further issues or needs are identified, which may impact upon their ability to acquire or maintain their accommodation. The service will be a flexible short-term form of housing related support, for people who remain vulnerable following cessation of their previous period of support in the last 12 months. Vulnerbable people can re-present as neccessary, when further issues or needs are identified, which may impact upon their ability to acquire or maintain their accommodation. The service is seen as one which promotes early intervention and thus preventing crisis intervention at a later stage.
