Tender description

The purpose of this tender is to secure a provider to design and deliver a tailored leadership development programme for our staff in leadership and management positions. We expect all our leaders to demonstrate the following attributes: — compassion, — emotional intelligence, — inclusiveness, — commitment. We require a programme that will address the range of skills and behaviours our leaders are expected to model in a variety of settings. These were considered in the context of: — our expectation that leaders work with their teams to consistently deliver excellent care and continuously seek improvement, — the need to engage staff in their roles and in their contribution to the delivery of consistently high quality services, — the need for leaders to always demonstrate our values, — the importance of prioritising and adopting leadership skills that will have the greatest impact on staff engagement and involvement in our Quality Improvement Programme. This procurement exercise has been issued by the Authority under the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the Public Regulations 2015.
