Tender description

Quotations are invited in respect of the refurbishment of the existing dwelling, 2 Grantham Road, Sleaford. The refurbishments will involve restoration of the property including converting it into 5 individual bedsits with shared facilities including shower room, bathroom, and kitchen area. The works will also include removal of existing contents in the property, forming of new partition walls, full re - wire and electrical works, supply and fitting new kitchen units and associated fittings, new bathroom and shower room suites, supplying and fitting of new heating system, finishing items, decoration and all other works as detailed in the specification.
