006/2018 Student Accomodation Nomination Agreement

With over 29,000 students and 3,000 staff, UWE Bristol is one of the largest providers of Higher Education in the South West. We are globally connected and regionally embedded, with strong employer and partner connections. Each year over 5,500 undergraduate student join the University and, being new to the area, need help finding accommodation. Split over 3 campuses the University currently owns and manages 3600 bed spaces and is looking to increase the breadth of its offer by engaging commercial organisations that deliver the specialist provision of Student Accommodation. We are looking to offer nomination agreement(s) committing for up to 10 years with a requirement of circa 1200 rooms per year. Ideally properties will have a minimum of 100 rooms per location. Property owners should be able to provide a range of facilities including access to student wellbeing services.
