Quotation for the Supply of Individual Electoral Registration Household Enquiry Forms (HEFG) Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) Electoral Services are seeking a Company to produce Individual Electoral Registration Household Enquiry Forms (HEF). Situated in the heart of the West Midlands, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is a large Metropolitan Borough Council and has a current electorate of 220,000.00. The Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) is responsible for maintaining the Electoral Register and administrative area of Sandwell. The Annual Canvass requires the ERO to send all households in the District a Household Enquiry Form (HEF) for completion. Households that do not respond to the initial HEF request receive a 1st reminder and if necessary a 2nd reminder Requirement To maintain an up to date register, the ERO is required to undertake an annual canvass of all households consisting of the following: • Household Enquiry Forms (HEFs) to be sent to all households on Sandwell Details of requirements are defined in the specification section.
