The Fusion21 Modular Buildings Framework is an additional lot designed to compliment Fusion21’s existing Modular Buildings Framework and will solely be operated by Fusion21. Fusion21 previously advertised and awarded Lots 1-4 of the Modular Buildings Framework in 2017 and this is an extension to the existing offer. The objective of the Framework is to provide a full turnkey solution for the Design, Manufacture and Installation of Buildings of Modular construction to existing and new public sector property estates. Covers the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of modular buildings (including pre-construction works). This will cover design (both either full (RIBA 0- 7) or construction phase (RIBA 4 – 7) and management. Covering all building types within the education sector which includes but is not limited to nurseries, primary, secondary schools, colleges, universities, accommodation. Covers the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of modular buildings (including pre-construction works). This will cover design (both either full (RIBA 0- 7) or construction phase (RIBA 4 – 7) and site management. Covering all building types within the Healthcare sector which includes but is not limited to GP surgeries, walk in centres, national hospital premises. Covers the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of modular buildings (including pre-construction works). This will cover design (both either full (RIBA 0- 7) or construction phase (RIBA 4 – 7) and site management. Covering all building types within the Blue Light sector which includes but is not limited to ambulance, fire and rescue, police, prison’s. Covers the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of modular buildings (including pre-construction works). This will cover design (both either full (RIBA 0- 7) or construction phase (RIBA 4 – 7) and site management. Covering all building types within the Public buildings space ranging from offices, town halls, civic centres, libraries. Covers the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of modular buildings (including pre-construction works). This will cover design (both either full (RIBA 0- 7) or construction phase (RIBA 4 – 7) and site management. Covering all building types within the Leisure and Sport sector ranging from sport pavilions, sport halls, sport fields and leisure centres.
