Tender description

We are seeking to appoint a supplier to undertake research in respect of the Draft Determination (DD) figures that Ofwat will publish between March and July 2019 in order to: - gain a high level understanding of customers' views about the investment proposals of their water and/or sewerage companies; - identify to what degree DD investment proposals are considered affordable and acceptable to customers. - To identify how the potential impact of Outcome Delivery Incentives (ODIs) on bill levels affects the acceptability and affordability of DDs.
