Tender description

The aim is to establish a Service Level Agreement with a preferred supplier for the auditing of Servicing, Repairs and Works to domestic and commercial heating installations. The scope will include the auditing of new builds/development schemes at design and construction stage milestones and provide an independent incident investigation service.There is also a requirement for the auditing of electrical testing. This PIN is to understand the market position and inform the tender process. Scope: Auditing of Electrical Testing, Repairs and Remedial Works. Auditing of Domestic Gas, Commercial Gas, Solid Fuel, Oil and Air Source Heat Pumps Servicing, Repair and Works.
