Tender description

In April 2018 NHS North Hampshire CCG commenced a programme of piloting Improved Access to General Practice through general practices working collaboratively. In line with the NHS Five Year Forward View new models of care, governance and contractual arrangements, NHS North Hampshire CCG intend to direct award Supplier Contracts for the provision of an Improved Access service for General Practice for its registered population. The Direct Award for new contractual arrangements will be from 1.10.2018 to 31.5.2021. The NHS North Hampshire CCG has a long-term commissioning aim to procure the service, using a competitive procurement process at Quarter 3 of 2019/20. The services are healthcare services for the NHS falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the Light Touch Regime contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 76). The closing date of this PIN is midnight on the 17.9.2018.
