Dingle Harbour Offices Refurbishment Works

Tender description

The works are sited at Dingle Harbour, Dingle, Co. Kerry. The works consist of demolitions and alterations on Ground and First Floors, over two phases, including the removal of existing windows and doors to facilitate the installation of new curtain walling at the entrance on the South Elevation, removal and disposal of exiting fixtures and fittings, internal walls, doors, sanitary ware, floor and ceiling finishes. The refurbishment works include the construction of a fire rated enclosed corridor off the existing Stairs on the First Floor, new mechanical and electrical installations, together with new foul drainage sewer including all necessary site development works.
