DBC (AL) Principal Contractor for Northend and Westerdale Garage Sites (Housing New Build Programme) - AWARD

Tender description

This project is on two garage sites in Hemel Hempstead and Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) have been granted planning permission for the provision of 12 new flats. The Development Team at DBC have been working with PCKO Architects to design an appropriate and sympathetic scheme that can be developed at both sites The proposed tender is for the design and construction of 12 Nr temporary accommodation flats consisting of 2Nr one bed, two person flats, 4Nr two bed, three person flats and 6Nr two bed, four person flats, two of which will be designed for wheelchair access at Northend; on two garage sites owned by Dacorum Borough Council. The existing garages are to be demolished as part of the Contract and Tenderers are asked you to refer the asbestos surveys - See Part B, Tender Information Documents.
