Tender description

New build school and community facilities. The project includes the design & construction (design & build form of contract) of a new build 2 storeys, 3 stream primary school, nursery facility and local community facilities including: — site ground stabilization works (subject to outcome of site investigation), — incoming utilities and /or service diversions, — substructure, — superstructure, — internal finishes, — fitments, furnishings & equipment, — all building services, — associated external works, comprising car parking, hard & soft landscaping and MUGA facility, — off site road works and remote car parking, — demolition of existing site buildings, — assistance with decant from existing facilities.
