The following is provided for information purposes only and is intended to assist in the preparation of responses to the ITT. Bidders should note that Home Group will not commit itself to any contracted business volumes. All volume information is of an approximate nature based on current Management information. This Tender is for the provision of Office supplies and solutions: — Office stationery, — Office furniture, — Printer consumables, — Workwear, — Personal protective equipment, — Janitorial supplies, — Health and Safety. Please note, Home Group reserves the right to separately Tender any significant expenditure for large scale individual transactions, major office refurbishment or new office fit-out projects. This Tender is for the provision of Office supplies and solutions: — Office Stationery: A wide range of non branded products available from an approved core list ordered on a daily basis including paper, files, note books, labels, pens etc. — Office Furniture: Goods will be ordered on an ad hoc basis from a portfolio of office furniture products at competitive prices. Items may include: specialist ranges such as orthopaedic and posture chairs. Assembly of products may also be required as part of the service provided. On occasion there may be demand for large orders, this requirement may be tendered separately; please see 2.4 below. — Printer consumables: This service will run alongside Home Group’s current IS Hardware Framework, ordering from a variety of branded and compatible products at a fixed cost available on the approved core list. All compatible products must be of the same quality as branded items. — Workwear: To be ordered on an ad hoc basis. A range of branded and non-branded products available from an approved core list, such as safety boots, jackets and fleeces. There will also be requirement for some of these goods to be branded with Home Group branding, please refer to: —— Home Group Logo (Annex 2) — Personal Protective Equipment: Goods will also be ordered on an ad hoc basis and will consist of items such as gloves and hi visibility clothing. — Janitorial Supplies: Consumable supplies such as bleach, washing up liquid and air fresheners. — Health and Safety: Home Group may also require standard Health and Safety signs and equipment such as first aid kits. All workwear and personal protective equipment supplied must conform to the relevant British Standards.
