The Sates of Jersey, Treasury and Exchequer is looking for a provider to manage the States of Jersey commemorative coin programme. The Management of the Commemorative Coin Programme includes: • Market research • Design • Marketing • Production • Distribution • Reporting Other requirements include: • Demonstrating promotion of Jersey • Similar programmes • References • Marketing literature • Measurement of customer satisfaction • Programme plan • Responsibility for the accuracy of data in proposals (proposals in line with historic data and Palace policies) Jersey coins represent the Island on an International scale, therefore they should portray images which reflect positively on the Island and commemorate a recognised and important event, period or person. The images should be dignified, non-controversial and appropriate to the commemoration or event. A single contract will be run with an option for joint pricing in order to incorporate States of Guernsey at a later stage.
